Bere Brothers was established in 1992 as Bere & Associates by one of the Bere brothers, Tinoziva Bere who had worked as a lawyer in private practice since 1990.
The firm grew quickly from a one-man practice to a formidable dependable legal team, from a few off the streets clients to become the home for a number of corporates, Non-Governmental Organisations and individuals.
The Corporate Services Division offers Corporate Law and Corporate legal services covering legal writing, drafting and reviews. Business acquisition, merger, de-merger, creation, set up or other institutions design and set up, advancement, charters or licensing or registration, legal or regulatory framework, rules/by-laws and procedures.
Our specialization is criminal defense (especially human rights and pro-bono defense), civil litigation (major commercial disputes and individual business disputes), debt collection and employment law legal services, (advisory, consultancy and litigation). We believe we are exceptionally good “fire-extinguishers” (litigators).
To facilitate easy interaction with our clients and friends, the firm has user friendly communication policy and platform. Clients are free to walk into any of our offices and will be warmly received by our friendly staff. Clients can also call us. In line with our Service Charter, all calls will be picked up within the first 4 four rings.
